There is a lot of pain in the world, but you don't have to carry it alone. My approach to practice is primarily relational, with a focus on how we interact with the people and social structures within which we exist. I utilize a variety of approaches, drawing mainly from Acceptance and Commitment therapy, executive functioning skills development, and most importantly Person-centered care. We can work together to find a modality that is best-suited to meet your needs. Neurodivergence is of special interest to me, particularly ADHD and Autism, although I support a more expansive use of this term as well.
I value differences in opinion and believe therapy should be an unconditionally supportive environment. While I have a therapeutic niche, I am comfortable and confident with adults of all identities.
