I work with partnerships, families, and children that are experiencing difficulties related to relationship-building, emotional expression, self-regulation, and adjustment to life changes and transitions. The central focus of my work is helping folks feel seen, heard and understood in their relationships. I guide, model and encourage my clients to slow down their interactions and identify their unexpressed feelings and needs so that they can process, heal and take the lead in their unique journey of change and growth.
It's important to me that clients feel safe, comfortable and respected every time they come to a session with me. My therapeutic presence is nurturing, collaborative, playful, inquisitive and trauma-informed. I am thorough in understanding client goals for therapy to help me choose evidenced-based approaches that best fit the client's needs.
