I specialize in providing affirming care to Queer and BIPOC kids, teens, and adults who are seeking to process their lived experiences, increase self-compassion, and live a more authentic life. Many of my clients are feeling stuck and tired, navigating relationships and systems where they may feel misunderstood and disconnected. I work with individuals to build insight into their stories and ways they have coped, creating space to explore identities and patterns with compassion. I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent folks who are hoping to explore diagnosis, build adaptive coping skills, and reduce shame.
Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I support my clients by promoting clarity, healing, and values-driven change. I offer a safe and encouraging environment, where you are the expert of your lived experience.
