My ideal clients are bright, insightful adults, often with advanced education or lived wisdom, who on some level feel disconnected despite outward stability. Most have carried childhood roles like hero, caretaker, lost child, or scapegoat into adulthood. Some build careers; others raise families—many do both. Yet they often feel lonely, frustrated or unfulfilled in their relationships and/or careers. I work equally well with men and women of all ages. Whether outwardly successful or quietly holding it all together, they’re ready to stop performing and start truly living.

I offer trauma-informed therapy rooted in NARM, PIT ("Meadows Model"), & CSAT modalities—and decades of personal recovery and life experience. I help individuals and couples move beyond merely coping to thriving in life with vibrancy, presence and joyful aliveness. My work is relational, attuned, and designed for those ready to safely go deep and stay real.
