As a licensed clinical psychologist, I will work with you to overcome the obstacles that prevent you from living the life you seek. These may include low self esteem, anxiety, lack of satisfaction in your professional life or marriage, depression, to name just a few. The relationship you and I forge will help guide you to improve your life, whether your needs be interpersonal, career related, parenting, or unresolved issues from the past.
One speciality is working with individuals experiencing serious illness. As a psychologist and former cancer patient, I offer you an immediate connection of hope and understanding, during diagnosis, active treatment phase and post treatment phase. Partners, children and other family members often have difficulty coping and are seen in my practice as well.
My goal is not to have psychotherapy be a lengthy endeavor but rather to work together to give you the skills to go out and live your life to its fullest. I am an active participant in this process and look forward to working with you, your partner and your blossoming young adults.
