I work with young adults and adults across the lifespan with diverse backgrounds and experiences wishing to address a wide variety of concerns, including but not limited to life transitions, stress management, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and interpersonal challenges, and identity development.
I believe having a collaborative therapeutic alliance is of the utmost importance. I strive to co-create an authentic, trusting, safe and empathic therapeutic space where clients feel understood, respected, supported and empowered, allowing them to engage in self-exploration and deeper insight.
I use an integrative approach incorporating evidence-based modalities, i.e., relational, existential-humanistic, CBT, and mindfulness techniques to address the specific needs of individual clients. I incorporate intersectionality and a multi-cultural/socio-cultural lens to deepen perspective, understanding, exploration, healing, empowerment, and growth.
I build on my clients' strengths and resiliencies and aid clients in meaning-making, growth and transformation. I value and respect each client’s autonomy and self-determination to define what wellness and well-being and a full, meaningful, satisfying life looks like to them.
