I work with clients that are struggling with various issues. I have experience working with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, interpersonal issues, anger episodes, and various other presentations. I also offer supervision for interns and pre-licensed professsionals.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) in my treatment of a variety of mental health concerns.
