I’m a master’s-level clinician with experience in school-based and community settings, and a strong interest in trauma-informed, culturally responsive work with children and families. I care deeply about creating spaces where clients feel safe, understood, and supported, especially during times of stress or transition. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and value building genuine, trusting relationships that honor each client’s unique background, development, and lived experiences.
I have experience working with elementary-aged children and families in school-based and outpatient settings. My work includes individual and group counseling, intake and assessment, crisis response, and trauma-informed and behavioral interventions. I approach care through a developmental and systems-informed lens.
My background in early childhood development informs my trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. I’ve received training in Mental Health First Aid and Psychological First Aid. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring new coffee and food spots, trying fitness classes, and spending time with family.
