As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I meet you where you are and take a whole-person, compassionate approach. I support adults, families, moms, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, and burnout using evidence-based care. I also welcome healthcare professionals navigating stress, compassion.
