Hi! I’m Aracely, I first want to commend you in taking the first step in creating positive change for yourself. Let me first start by telling you about my clinical style. It is very hands on, I will push you, encourage you, keep you accountable, strengthen you all while assisting you in accomplishing the goals you have set for yourself. During our work together, I will also provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment so you can feel free to share what has been ruminating in your mind. If you are sick and tired about feeling unhappy about situations, experiences and or people, I am thrilled to help support you in this.
I currently work for Kaiser Permanente assisting patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, post partum and loss to name a few, over 10 years. I am a consultant for LA Dept of Public Health for the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program. I am a certified domestic violence peer counseling and advocacy clinician. I also provide couples counseling.
Given the array of settings I have served I developed an eclectic approach to tailoring a treatment plan that works best for you. My passion is to help you overcome depression, anxiety, loss (whether it is of a loved one/break up), previous traumas that continue to come up for you, and self-esteem.
