I provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults using Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT), CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Therapy and other evidence-based modalities of therapy. I am deeply committed to serving 2Spirit-LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Spanish-speaking communities. I strive to create a compassionate, safe space where clients feel heard and supported through life’s challenges. I meet individuals where they are, valuing their unique experiences and backgrounds. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and thrive.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and have treated a variety of disorders and challenges including, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, self-harm, and, suicidal ideation. I have extensive experience in working with children, teens, and adults who have undergone severe trauma.
Soy bilingüe, el español es mi lengua natal. Disfruto brindar servicios de terapia en español ya que me permite conectarme en un nivel más profundo con mis clientes de habla hispana. Si busca servicios de terapia en español contacteme via correo electronico.
