Welcome! I’m Araceli Martinez, bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have had the opportunity to help clients of all ages in working with a wide range on concerns such as trauma, depression, and anxiety by utilizing evidenced based practices of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, seeking safety, as well as traditional therapy interventions.
My approach is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use modalities of client-centered, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and strength based therapy to help my clients reach their greatest potential.
