I was a Marriage and Family therapist before I went back to school to get my Doctorate in Psychology and I learned more techniques to help clients grow. Whether it is a life-stage issue like stress management, parenting, or illness or a chronic condition like depression or anxiety, I have the training to help you develop new skills.
I approach therapy from a whole person perspective and a strength based approach. For some clients, mindfulness-based techniques are the focus and for others, individualized homework is created for them to practice on their own in between sessions. Let’s create a plan that works for you.
