I come from a large family and have played sports my whole life. These identities are important to me, and I imagine you may have some that are dear to you. In this space, identities are important, validated, and processed.

It is essential that you as the client feel guarded & at ease throughout the counseling process & I take honor in offering a setting that encourages growth+safety. I think the therapeutic process is a journey, and I'm willing to go on this journey of healing with you. I am here to help you reach goals & develop into a better version of yourself progressively. As a Muslim woman, I know how difficult it is to find help that both centers my identity and provides quality care.
