My approach to therapy is client centered, where we work collaboratively on your goals. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, transition and adjustment, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and family discord.

I am a licensed psychologist in both NJ and NY serving adults who may be struggling with mood and/or personality disorders. Those include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, substance use, grief and loss, self-growth, relationships and interpersonal stressors. I perceive therapy as a safe and comfortable space allowing you to take a journey of discovery and growth. I would also welcome your significant other and/or loved one into therapy, upon your request and as clinically indicated.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

In pursuing mental health and wellness, clients often look for someone who can provide guidance, support, and understanding. My practice partner, Dr. Beata Beaudoin, and I are clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists who evaluate clients from children to older adults. We help you remove barriers to success. We assess developmental issues, like ADHD, learning disorders, giftedness, and autism spectrum disorders, changes in the brain such as caused by concussion, traumatic brain injuries, epilepsy, stroke, and dementia, or emotional issues that might be interfering with your relationships or ability to succeed.
