At Lumos Counseling & Wellness Center we specialize in providing mental health therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults to address a wide variety of mental health and emotional issues. I’m a licensed behavior and mental health therapist experienced in working with individuals in their mid teens to late adulthood. I enjoy helping clients achieve goals towards personal and mental wellbeing and I’ve worked with individuals of various cultural and religious backgrounds. Over the years I’ve supported clients struggling with various issues such as dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, grief, co-morbidity and trauma. I'm focused on grief and trauma therapy and support individuals recovering from CPTSD (childhood trauma/complex trauma), codependency and difficult relationships.
