Hi, my name is Tamara and welcome to my counseling page! My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to walk alongside them on their journey. I am originally from Beirut, Lebanon (I speak Arabic!) and my journey has been filled with valuable life experiences and insights that I believe can be beneficial in our therapeutic work together. Living in two different places has given me a unique perspective and an appreciation for different cultures.

My heart is for individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I have a passion to see women gain fresh insight, healing, and freedom to be their authentic selves after experiencing trauma. I'm EMDR trained, which I am passionate about. People can get fresh insight and healing through EMDR.
