I believe that finding a therapist who is the "right fit" for you is key to the success of the therapeutic process. That's why I focus on creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can have a positive therapeutic experience. I tailor my work based on your needs and desired goals. I also take into account each individual's pace and tolerance for change. My goals is to help you gain insight into current difficulties and develop effective strategies for managing them.
I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years, helping clients facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties and unhealthy life choices. I am especially passionate about women’s issues and empowering them to create sustainable change.
Reaching for help is often uncomfortable, but can be the most courageous step you can take. If you’re unsure of how this whole process works, you’re not alone. That’s why I offer a free initial phone consultation to ease some of that stress.
