I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Approved Supervisor based in Houston, Texas. I am also licensed in the state of Virginia. I provide Telehealth/virtual sessions for Virginia residents. It is my desire to provide a safe environment where individuals are able to grow through the process of counseling. I have my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and focus my practice on individual adults, couples, and families. I am also trained in basic EMDR (Eye Movement Sensitization and Reprocessing).
I am passionate about overall health and well-being. I believe individuals can experience a rewarding life full of joy and satisfaction. I approach counseling holistically; believing our mental health is tied to our emotional, physical, and spiritual health and growing in one of these areas, provides growth in the other areas as well.
I have formalized training through Seminary, providing experience in the Integration of Spirituality and Psychology and enjoy integrating issues of spirituality into my practice upon client request. A large part of my practice centers around individuals wanting change in relationships, couples, and individuals struggling with addictions.
