In our work together, we will approach every situation you bring into session from a holistic perspective. I understand that every human being is unique, so I aim to find creative ways to assist you in navigating the journey of finding your bliss through trusting in your own intuition. We will collaborate in discovering how to reach your goals using an eclectic integration of many therapeutic modalities, which may include meditation and mindfulness-based practice, CBT, DBT and nature-based therapy. I approach each of the people I work with from a place of deep appreciation for human relationships and their dynamics.
