Hello, I'm Ara Trembly, Licensed Professional Counselor, former Adjunct Professor at Cairn University's Institute for Higher Learning, and Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.. Hypnotherapy, if appropriate for you, is a proven clinical treatment that uncovers unconscious causes of many problems and allows swift resolution in many cases. Emphasis is on replacing problematic behaviors with alternative, healthy habits. You will also learn to hypnotize yourself in order to continue making changes after therapy ends.
