About
I have a passion for working with the teenage population to help them navigate life’s challenges. Whether the situation is “normal” teenage behavior and they just need guidance, or a life-changing event has occurred, I will use creative and engaging ways to help them process life’s experiences so that they may heal, grow, and be empowered!
I have experience with many populations—youth with behavioral challenges, those experiencing homelessness, adults with intellectual developmental disabilities, women dealing with domestic violence, women/teens navigating pregnancy options, refugees, and patients in the hospital setting. I have also had the pleasure of providing health/sex education to teens!
Those teenage years can be a hard time for the parent/guardian, but even more challenging for the teen themselves. Maybe your teen is facing difficulties in dealing with the pressures of adolescence, or maybe you have noticed some behavior changes—either way you want them to discuss their feelings in a safe space, and I look forward to providing just that!
