Therapists in Rogers, AR
Thanks for connecting. Allow me to introduce myself.
I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, issues of identity, questioning how to relate to loved ones, and working through issues of faith and connection to God. The common thread is connecting the past to the present and helping you make sense of questions and problems that are likely causing you a lot of distress.

Thanks for visiting my page! As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I specialize in supporting children and teens ages 3-18. My playroom is a fully equipped space designed to meet kids where they are - developmentally, emotionally, and creatively. In my room, kids don’t need to have all the words. Through play, sandtray, and art, I help them explore their experiences and learn new ways to cope and connect. For teens, sessions may look more like conversation than play, but the heart of my approach remains the same.

We are wired for connection, but life—including past wounds, complex family dynamics, and shifting identities—can make that connection feel anything but simple.
Anxiety, depression and trauma don’t just live in our minds. They show up in how we connect, protect ourselves, and sometimes pull away from the people we love most.
I help couples and individuals navigate conflict, disconnection, and emotional pain with clarity and compassion.

The process of beginning therapy can feel intimidating and daunting, but you have already made the first step! Congratulations! I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, whether you have experienced trauma, relational struggles, anxiety, or the transitions that are inherent with our lives. Often times, these burdens become much too heavy for us to bear alone and infringe on our growth and ability to reach our optimal potential. I want to help my clients view themselves through the lens of self compassion and growth. I am honored to walk through whatever journey my clients are willing to bring me on.

In the process of being paneled with BCBS and UHC. Reach out now to get more information. It would be a joy to walk with you!
Hi, I’m Hannah Martinez (LPC). Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing", it’s about reconnecting you with yourself. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply worn thin by the pressure to “hold it all together,” I want you to know- you're not alone, and you're not too much. My goal isn’t to analyze you from a distance—it's to sit next to you and really listen. I believe healing happens in spaces where we feel safe enough to tell the truth, even when it’s messy, complicated, or unclear.

In my 18 years as a therapist, I’ve helped people experiencing issues like depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, C-PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, victims of abuse, and many others. My specialty is helping teens/adults exploring the possibility of autism/ADHD and their loved ones (because life is hard for those close to the undiagnosed, too).
Update MARCH 10th: I’m currently taking steps towards starting my own practice. I’m not quite ready to take new clients, but it’s okay to contact me, ask questions and get on my waiting list. It will take less time to credential w/BCBS and Ambetter, but I may add others.

Do you feel stuck in a cycle of chronic pain and mental health struggles? Your pain leaves you feeling stressed out, anxious, and depressed which makes everything in life more difficult. You know stress exacerbates your symptoms, but you feel hopeless about being able to step out of the cycle and live a life without constantly being afraid of or controlled by your pain.

Progress, not perfection. This is a concept that is often hard to wrap our brains around because we have been conditioned to believe that we have to have it all together at all times, but this is not the reality. Healing is a messy process, and it is the baby steps that add up to crossing the finish line at the end. The process can be difficult and frustrating, but so worth it. I want to thank you for taking this first step towards building a better you.

Understanding the systemic nature in which behavior affects our lives has always been an area of interest. Historically there have been and will always be data detailing behavior and how it shows up in breakdown. However, it is my goal to facilitate and guide clients to a lasting level of healing they can use for many seasons to come. With a profound commitment to aiding individuals and couples navigating the complexities of mental health, I specialize in addressing a spectrum of challenges, particularly focusing on familial and couples dynamics.
