I have worked in a variety of settings including college, hospital, school, and outpatient. My primary therapeutic practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience working with an array of issues including trauma, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, unhealthy family dynamics, difficulties related to work & life balance and daily obstacles.
I view counseling as a collaborative relationship which focuses on establishing trust, working as a team to identify and explore problems, and addressing conflicting situations to develop goals for an overall improved life.
