I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Practicing since 2011, I have seven years experience in community mental health, working the past four years in a school-based health center providing individual and family services as well as training in behavioral health.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (P1608105) with the state of Arkansas. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the field as a case manager assisting clients to meet their therapeutic goals set by their assigned therapist and linking them to needed services. I have always believed that the only way we can evoke any type of changes within our lives is to acknowledge them and place those issues on the table in order to fully address them. As one begins to mold and change their way of thinking (irrational thoughts), their behaviors begin change as well.

I started my journey to provide counseling, in hopes of helping those who wanted to make changes, but just couldn't quite put the pieces together. Those who felt that there could be a light at the end of the tunnel, but were stuck in the darkness of their own thoughts.
