I believe clients DESERVE to be treated fairly and honestly. I prefer to work with my clients to help them achieve the life of their choosing, not my choosing. We all have an idea of what we want in life and how we want our lives to be, "our ultimate goal". Many times in life we experience obstacles and challenges which can interfere with us reaching that goal and making the most out of life. We will work together to help you achieve "YOUR ULTIMATE GOAL"!!!

Whether you're picking up the pieces from infidelity, exhausted from fighting about the same tired topics, or struggling to escape the voices in your head that beat you down, I'm honored to pull up a chair next you and begin sorting through the mess.
Prior to being marriage therapist, I spent time working as a financial planner and a Young Life area director. My journey through these non-clinical careers gives me a unique ability to identify and care for entrepreneurs, professionals and people of faith who need direction applicable to their complex journeys.

You may be doing "all the right things," yet something still feels off in your body- tight, guarded, exhausted, or disconnected. I offer therapy that treats you as a whole person, weaving together mind and body to create safety, regulation, and deeper healing. Regulation is not about forcing calm. It's about listening, choice, and meeting your body where it's at.

Disconnect often results from moments of intense betrayal, but sometimes it just feels like ideals and life directions have changed.
Relationships are hard, I mean seriously hard. Arguments with your significant others, screaming kids, demands from all directions. Your home should be a place of refuge and comfort, right? Well, maybe it can be. I have been working with families in conflict for over thirteen years. I am excited about teaming up with you to restore damaged or broken relationships and bring peace back to your home. My private office offers refreshments, private parking, and a private entrance for your comfort. Also, I am set up to do online counseling with anyone in the state of Arkansas from the convenience of your own home.

I have specialized training to treat unwanted sexual behaviors and supporting partners of infidelity.
Bio video on my website...When you pay for therapy, you're expecting something of tangible value. All too often what you get instead is a nice person on a couch and little else. That’s not me. With high energy and humor, I help people recover from sexual addiction; I help couples lost in conflict and hopelessness; and I help parents with teens and young adults. I work with sexual abuse, attachment wounds, and traumas/PTSD of all kinds. I am a Christian, and I approach therapy from a clinical perspective. We can integrate your faith as much as you feel comfortable, or not at all.

Many people spend years appearing strong while quietly carrying burdens they rarely discuss with anyone. On the outside, life may look successful. On the inside, anxiety, loneliness, grief, unhealthy patterns, or major life transitions can leave you feeling exhausted and stuck. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and move toward meaningful change. Together, we'll work to help you develop greater self-awareness, deeper connections, and the ability to live with more peace, purpose, and self-respect.

Infidelity Therapists
How does therapy for infidelity work?
A skilled infidelity therapist will provide a safe space for clients to communicate their feelings and concerns. The goal is to be completely honest about what led to the cheating and how it has affected the entire family to prevent it from recurring in the future. The therapist will help the clients work on rebuilding mutual trust and respect and developing better communication and conflict-resolution skills. If the goal is to remain a couple, clients will learn the “danger signs” for their specific relationship, and they will make a renewed commitment to be faithful.

How long does therapy for infidelity take?
Recovery from infidelity can take time, and it can vary from person to person. Generally, a therapist will want to see the clients at least once a week for around six months. Then the sessions can be arranged as needed, depending on the clients’ individual needs. While therapy may end or shift to an as-needed basis, it can take up to two years or more for some clients to fully recover from infidelity.

How does therapy help the partner who was cheated on?
When a client discovers their partner’s infidelity, their trust in the relationship and in the life they had together may be shattered. They often experience mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They don’t always want to stay in the relationship; they may feel ambivalent or may even want to leave. Therapy gives these clients a safe and healthy way to communicate all of their complicated emotions and concerns.

How does therapy help the partner who committed infidelity?
Infidelity often occurs when one or both partners’ emotional needs are not being met in the relationship. Therapy can help this client understand why they cheated and figure out how to address those unmet needs without resorting to infidelity in the future. This can lessen (but not entirely eliminate) the risk of repeated infidelity. Clients who cheat may also feel intense guilt about deceiving their partners, a sentiment that they can work through in therapy.
