I have training in trauma recovery and have years of experience working with clients recovering from sexual, physical, emotional, and/or mental abuse. I offer therapy to couples at different stages in their relationship (pre-marital, marital, coparenting) as well as meet with families that want to work thru different familial difficulties.

I work with individuals of all ages, addressing a range of concerns, but my passion lies in trauma treatment and play therapy. Many of us carry the weight of untreated trauma, preventing us from living life to the fullest. My goal is to help you shed that weight and rediscover your inner strength and healing.

Sometimes, in our lives we hold onto unresolved issues from the past, which can resurface in many different forms. Anxiety, sadness, depression, and anger usually have "roots" digging deep into our pasts. Choosing to suppress or push disturbing feelings aside may work for a period of time, but will not resolve the underlying issue. As a result, ineffective, and often destructive coping patterns develop. Talking with me can break this pattern and lead to a more fulfilling life.

I have four years of experience in the mental health field, from 2019-2023 working with children, adolescents and adults.
