I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience serving adults facing a wide range of challenges, including life stressors, aging parent/caregiver issues, grief, spiritual conflicts, and adjustment issues. I also work with individuals managing more chronic mental health concerns such as trauma, mood disorders, stressor-related disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University with a concentration in Adult Mental Health. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, crisis intervention, sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing.
I believe that every individual is unique, complex, and deserving of being heard, validated, and supported as they navigate life. My goal is to provide validation and assistance in meeting goals and transforming thoughts, feelings, and behaviors within a safe and supportive space.
