As a psychotherapist with over 22 years of experience I believe in developing a therapeutic alliance that offers safety, transparency, and hope. I also view therapy as a collaborative process between therapist and client that helps facilitate change and a more optimal and fulfilling life. My clinical work draws from an integrative systemic lens that includes; narrative theory, intergenerational trauma transmission, social justice perspective, mindfulness practice, experimental, communication skills building, emotional focus couple therapy, and attachment theory.
