Whether you are working through life struggles, marital problems, depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar disorder or other forms of mental illness, I am here to help you gain the insight and skills need for increased self-awareness, coping, motivation and overall improvement. Once we meet, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that will help you achieve your goals.
While my approach is ecclectic, I primarily use evidenced based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help you identify underlying issues that have led to negative thought and behavioral patterns that keep you trapped in overthinking, low self-worth, low motivation, fear, depression, and anxiety.
