For over 7 years I have supported individuals, couples, & families from diverse backgrounds through various types of loss—the passing of a loved one/pet, end of a relationship, or a change in life circumstances (job, health, or home).

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process your emotions, learn healthy coping strategies, & navigate the complex emotions & events that accompany loss.
