About
I believe strongly in the power of healing though creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your unique experience. My goal is to help you connect with your innate inner strengths, deepen self-understanding and insight, and build skills that foster healing and resilience. I provide short-term solution-focused counseling, as well as long-term in-depth therapy for adults seeking support around a variety of issues. My clients describe me as warm, engaging, and caring.
I have a decade of experience helping people explore and get support around gender and sexuality, chronic illness, navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression, trauma, and substance use. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to EMDR, because each client deserves a unique treatment plan.
It's all about finding the right fit - your comfort is paramount. That's why I offer a free in-person consultation. I'm invested in helping, and if I am not the right fit for you I will make every effort to connect you with other clinicians who may be.
