Hi there, I'm April! I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. Whether you're a parent seeking help for your child, a teen navigating identity and stress, or an adult facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to help. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with creativity and compassion. I use play therapy and expressive techniques with younger clients, and talk therapy, CBT, and mindfulness with teens and adults.
