Yet, sometimes we may need someone to work beside us to recognize what we already know and to help us to begin the steps necessary to achieve change. I am here to join with you in your journey toward overcoming depression, anxiety, adjustment issues or other challenges you may be facing.
As a marriage & family therapist, I am experienced in guiding individuals, couples and families as they work through traumatic and complex situations. I work diligently to help create rewarding solutions toward positive change. In addition, I strive to help families and individuals as they strive to recover from perinatal distress and postpartum depression.
