Counseling is a deeply personal process, and it is a courageous step to engage those areas in your life that are asking for your presence. I am a Christian counselor who believes that every individual was created to be known, pursued, and cared for. I seek to support each individual by creating a safe space for the authentic self to thrive. Throughout the process, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and supportive approach as we navigate a path toward wholeness.
Together we will explore the next steps in your healing journey by discovering patterns, ways of being, and challenges that are causing distress. I utilize attachment theory, emotional focused therapy, and family systems theory, to help guide the therapeutic process.
I have a special interest in supporting couples navigate the more difficult challenges of marriage and family issues, and I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress management, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional abuse, and family issues.
