Welcome! I am a licensed creative arts therapist in NY state and have experience working in various therapeutic settings supporting clients with a variety of mental health needs. I currently am in private practice supporting adolescents and adults experiencing mental health struggles both in person and in telehealth settings. I work to support clients experiencing difficult life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties along with diagnosis such as OCD, PTSD and mood disorders. My background is in both marriage and family therapy and creative arts therapy. I am a licensed creative art therapist and have a certificate in divorce mediation supporting families who are currently separating or going through divorce. I work with teens and adults utilizing different classic therapy modalities and integrate them with a creative approach.

Women's support and free flow art
This group is focused on art making and relaxation while we create a safe space for women to discuss ongoing issues in their lives that are causing anxiety or emotional dysregulation. This is a supportive environment and topics will be focused on women's experience and issues. All women are welcome 18 and up. Art materials will be provided.
