Some thoughts on Couples Therapy: Each person commits to growing individually in ways that enhance and improve the dynamics in the couple. Sex can be talked about, and is there a difference between privacy and secrecy? Most arguments are about the same thing. Learn what is below persistent struggles. My work is about helping people find creative, loving ways to approach growth and change in real time.
Currently running supervision groups for therapists working with couples from a Relational perspective.
Psychotherapy aims to understand what roles you play in your life, and why you may feel stuck in these ways. Therapy helps expand your repetoir of ways of being, and deepens self acceptance. Much suffering comes from negative self views, and wishing to be different.
Over the past 30 years my practice has included working with eating disorders, depression and anxiety, low motivation, individual psychoanalysis, and marital and couples therapy. Please feel free to reach out and try something new for yourself, and your relationships!

Couples Supervision Group
This group will meet virtually on Tuesday at 2:00,for an hour and 1/2 for a 6 week period; and then there can be for discussion regarding continuation. My analytic orientation is Relational, with couples I’m most influenced by The Gottman Approach, Parts Work, and Esther Perel’s ideas, amongst others! Fee will be $75.00, for the group with an initial 15minute chat/consultation for free. I look for ward to hearing from you!
