I am committed to assisting my clients overcome stress, grief, trauma, depression, anger management, anxiety and PTSD. My treatment approaches consist of CBT, CPT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and bereavement. I have advance training and experience in a variety of theoretical perspectives and skillset. I am experienced in working with diverse individuals and groups.
I am a graduate of Touro College School of Psychology and Counseling with a Masters in Science in Mental Health Counseling, Member of New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA), 2007 Inductee to Honor Society of Psychology (Psy Chi), Completed post-graduate training in PTSD, and Veteran Mental Health at Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy
