Along with my clinical training, I have a background in healthcare and lived experience in a military and blended family. These perspectives deepen my understanding of resilience, transition, and the complexities of family life. They also shape the support I offer to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also LGBTQ affirming and committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients.
