If you answered yes to any of these questions I am here to support you! I utilize an array of therapeutic approaches to assist my clients in creating wellness. I specialize in systems and family dynamics. I have a strong love for community and cultural matters and I prioritize cultural awareness. I strive to support my clients in embracing their strengths, acknowledging their areas of growth, and creating a life desired.
If you are new to therapy or experienced, I am eager to journey with you on your path to wellness. I provide a safe space where you are free to explore your emotions and patterns of behavior. I advocate for healthy living by providing awareness, education, and guidance.

Kovu Healing aspires to de-stigmatize psychotherapy in the African American community while also providing education on mental health and wellness.
