I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in the States of California and Arizona. In addition, I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. I have over 9 years of experience working with children and adults. I have been provided opportunities to work with the following populations: children and families involved in child protective services, adults with severe mental illness, adults experiencing homelessness, adolescents and adults involved in the justice system, and adults addicted to substances.
I provide support to individuals experiencing severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and addiction to substances. My theoretical orientation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Integrative Therapy.
We will work together to develop new skills or build on established helpful skills to learn how to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors when experiencing internal and external stressors. I am looking forward to walking with you on your journey to increased well-being and healing.
