I work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. I work with individuals who are neurodivergent and experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty managing daily stressors. Many of my clients are insightful, capable people whose nervous systems are working overtime, leaving them feeling depleted, frustrated, or disconnected from themselves and others.
My therapeutic style is relational, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I regularly incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. These tools are especially helpful for clients who feel emotions intensely or struggle to stay regulated.
I strive to create a therapy space that is validating, practical, and collaborative. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building skills, and developing strategies that align with your values, not forcing you to fit into systems that don’t work for you. My goal is to help you feel more capable, more regulated, and more at ease.
