Hi! I'm April. Are you struggling in a relationship? Do you have a history of trauma or abuse? Are you having a hard time finding anyone who understands you and what it has been like to be you? Are you struggling to feel like yourself again? I believe that finding power in the things that make you "YOU" is the the key to mental wellbeing and recovery from trauma. I am not a perfect person, but I live an authentic life, and I'd love to help you live your best life too. I am a trauma survivor, have struggled with PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and have been through divorce.
I'm an expert on trauma, relationships, depression, anxiety, and parenting. I like to think of myself as a master at rebuilding after struggles, and I use a lot of humor and compassion to help my people do the same. It's important to me that my clients feel like they are talking to a real person who has faced challenges too.
I may be an expert on mental health, but you are the expert on you. So come on in, pull up a chair, and let's team up to build up something amazingly "YOU" together.
