She specializes in trauma and anxiety but has worked treating many different disorders. She has been trained in Trauma-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Couples, and Exposure and Response.
April listens to better understand what you want in life and in therapy. Based on the symptoms and issues the client is experiencing, April will work with the client to form therapeutic goals to achieve throughout sessions. She will also help set future life goals with the client and figure out steps to get the client where they want to be in life.
