Therapy with me is direct, thoughtful, and intentional. Most people need more than just communication tools, they need clarity around what they’re feeling, wanting, and avoiding. We look at the patterns, the conversations that aren’t being had, and the disconnect between what you say you want and what’s actually happening. I’m not here to take sides.
I believe relationships can be complicated and intimacy can be intimidating and even confusing. Relationships don’t improve by accident, they do with help. I also believe that many people have never had a space to explore these things openly especially when it comes to sex, power, and identity. You don’t have to filter yourself here.
