I have years of experience working with mood and anxiety disorders and substance abuse. Currently I am focused on working with couples because healing families is a great way to heal the broader community. I truly love working with my clients and would not get far without the ability form a strong and lasting therapeutic relationship.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work with groups and individuals. I am also Certified in EFT for Couples, an evidenced based couples counseling method long hailed as the gold standard for Couples therapy.

Groups
CBT Depression and Anxiety Support Group
This group utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist group members with managing their symptoms of depression and anxiety. Members are asked to participate for at least 3 months (6 sessions) before completing participation with an option to continue. The group is open to male and female adults and requires an in person interview to determine appropriate fit.

Family Support Group for Bipolar Disorder
Often times families are left with little information on how to support their loved on with Bipolar Disorder. This group provides a setting for families to learn what to expect from their loved one's diagnosis, along with the tools to have best possible communication patterns, and how to help their loved one prevent relapse. Families may have up to two participants in the group and group will be held via Zoom only.
