I walk alongside my clients through challenging moments. I believe you have the knowledge and skills to move forward and my job is to help you discover your personal power and how to use it. I'm very open and honest in sessions and ask you to share what goes well and what isn't working in therapy. I want therapy to be a collaborative process where we each bring our skill set to whatever may be bothering you and find new ways forward.
I help clients re-frame their thoughts and feelings to highlight their strengths and enhance their relationships. I work with people dealing with relationship issues, sexual dysfunctions, and trauma and approach clients with openness, honesty, and respect. I have a background in yoga and mindfulness that I incorporate in sessions focused on client comfort.
My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and emphasizes multi-cultural awareness. I strive to create a safe space for those with alternative lifestyles and varying spiritual beliefs. I work with clients to improve relationships and am comfortable with people of all ages.
