Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and reaching out is often the hardest part. I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist you truly connect with, and I’m committed to doing everything I can to provide that supportive and comfortable experience. I offer a welcoming space for adolescents (14+) and adults from all walks of life. My approach is rooted in respect, compassion, and evidence-based care. I have a special interest in ADD, grief, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, PTSD, ASD, and couples work. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and work toward meaningful growth.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Grief Counseling, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I provide couples counseling as a Gottman Level 2 clinician and hold certification as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). Additionally, I offer therapy through a Christian lens upon request.
