We enjoy working with individuals such as children, teens, adults and couples on a variety of issues. Staff are most passionate about working with folks who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. We use a person-centered approach with CBT influences, in addition to other modalities. April also clinically supervises LPCA's/counselors in training too!

This small group aims to provide education about healthy methods of communication & boundary setting, as well as tools to build more fulfilling relationships with others & yourself. For adults to help you identify your personal communication style, learn how to express needs within relationships, better navigate emotions & interpersonal challenges and group discussion gives real life practice. This group aims to help children ages 6-9 who struggle with naming & navigating their emotions. The group aims to help children learn how to notice & name their feelings, as well as identify & implement day-to-day skills when experiencing challenges.
