About
My focus is working with adults who are striving towards a healthier and happier version of themselves. In many cases life stressors, major changes, and relationship stress can impact our overall wellbeing and can lead to feeling overwhelmed and lost. My goal is to work along side you to build confidence, identify unhealthy patterns, learn to cope with difficult life transitions, and to incorporate healthy lifestyle changes into your daily life. I work primarily with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, shame, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 6 years of experience working with children, family, and youth in a variety of settings including group homes, special education, foster care, adoption, outpatient, and community-based settings.
I'm passionate about working collaboratively with individuals to help empower them to create long lasting positive changes. I strongly believe that we heal through building trusting relationships. It takes courage to choose the path of healing old wounds and creating change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
